When you’re a boss mommy can’t let what others think of you matter.

You can’t let your guard down. We grow up in a society where being a boss is a bitch. However, you can be one without the other. Yes, you have to be fair and consistent in your decision making and power. If you respect others will respect you hopefully. However this day and age does anybody know what respect is?!
